Privacy Statement Regarding Customer and Online User Information

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which DriveSavers, Inc. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.drivesaversdatarecovery.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by DriveSavers, Inc. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the websites of our reseller service providers or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to our website. In compliance with the U.S.-EU and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles, DriveSavers commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. DriveSavers has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
